Philip Touchet Chetwode6,10 was born in July 22 in 1700.11 He was baptized on 5 August 1700. He was baptized on 8 August 1700 at A second Baptism where his name was changed from Touchet to Phillip. Philip was buried on 15 November 1764. There are competing sources as to who was Phillip's mother. All the so call official sources that I have found put John's first wife's death on or about Jan 12, 1702 and lists the second wife as the mother of Phillips and Abigail but Phillip was born in 1700 before John's first wife's death and Abigail was born after her death. To make this more confusing, I have listed a citation reporting the engraving on John's burial monument and it reports that all
four children were born to Mary and that John's second wife had no issue. The below entry in the church records confirm that Phillip is the son of Mary, John's first wife.

1700. Aug. 5. Touchett Chetwode, Esq., son of Sir John Chetwode, Bart., and Lady Mary his wife, was born at Henwich Court, near Newbury in y° County of Berks, July ye 22, 1700, was bapt. there ye 5th day of August following.
